"Zero Accident 2023 award" from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia was again won by PT Medifarma Laboratories. Meanwhile, the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia accompanied by the Director General of Labor Inspection and Safety and Health of the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower gave the award directly to companies through the Provincial Government at the K3 2023 Awarding ceremony.

PT Medifarma Laboratories has received the Zero Accident award 4 times, and until 2022 it has achieved 2,317,554 man-hours without accidents from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022.

PT Medifarma is considered successful in implementing the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) program in reducing the number of work accidents. This achievement was achieved thanks to the commitment of management and all employees of PT Medifarma in carrying out Health, Safety and Environment which was implemented through safety programs, such as HSE patrols, HSE Training (Safety Induction, First Aid Training, Fire Extinguisher Training), Medical Check-Up, P2K3 meetings, and others so as to create workers who are safe, healthy and productive to support the development of the nation.
