Director and General Manager

Mr. Angelito Celso C. Racho, Jr is Managing Director of PT Medifarma Laboratories. Mr Lito has over 28 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He started his career as a Cadet Engineer with the Manufacturing Division of United Laboratories Inc. in 1985. Mr Lito was then promoted as Production Manager in 1991. In 2005, he became Division Vice President and was then transferred to the International Division. He moved to Indonesia to serve as Operating Director – Technical of PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk, managing three manufacturing plants and R&D. He was appointed as Director and General Manager of PT Medifarma Laboratories in June 2009 and then trusted as Managing Director in 2010. Mr Lito currently also serves as Technical Director of PT. Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk, affiliate of PT Medifarma Laboratories.

Mr. Lito graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Pharmacy in 1984. In the same year, he passed the Pharmacy Board Licensure Examinations. He completed the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management, and the Blended Learning Course – Health Leadership delivered by The World Bank and Asian Institute of Management.
