PT Medifarma Laboratories held a Family Fun Day 2022 on December 10, 2022. The event that conducted regularly once a year is a shape of Company’s care and appreciation to all employees and their families. With a purpose to strengthen the bond between the employee and their families, this event also meant a recreation for the employees after routine daily work activities. Medifarma invites family of employees to participate actively in improving productivity and support the realization of Company’s vision and mission indirectly by giving support to employees. This is similar to message in the speech of Mr Angelito Celso C. Racho Jr as Medifarma’s Managing Director in Family Fun Day. Mr Lito Racho expressed his gratitude to all the families who have been taking care of employees so they are all happy, healthy, active, and always be ready to face the tasks and daily activities at work.

Event that held at the stage in Dufan entitled theme of "One Goal One Team One Family" was opened with ice breaking of ‘kiddy dance’ which participated by 750 participants consisting of employees and their children. The series of program that added excitement was Dance, Door Prize.

The main program was the award for employees' children who excel 1st to 3rd rank in the school from the primary level until high school. There was also award of ‘consecutive achievement’ for employee’s child who successfully defended his/her performance of the previous year. It is expected that this award could inspire and motivate employees’ children to improve his performance in school. The Family Fun Day then was concluded with a group photo followed by lunch together and enjoying the rides and games as well as facilities that are available at the DUFAN.
