“Mr. Sebastian Frederick Baquiran is a member of the board of PT Medifarma Laboratories. He is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of Unilab, Inc.

He started his career in Unilab as Assistant Vice President in the Distribution Division in 1998, as head of its Trade Marketing Group. He held various roles in different capacities over the years, and in 2008 was promoted to Corporate Vice President as Head of the Distribution Division. In 2011, he was promoted to Senior Vice President in his capacity as Head of Distribution concurrent to his role as Head of Innovitelle, Unilab’s personal care company. He was then appointed as Business Unit Head of the company’s consumer healthcare and personal care businesses in 2013 -- UL Consumer Health, Pediatrica and UL Skin Sciences Inc. In 2017, he became the SVP/COO of Unilab International.

Today, Mr. Baquiran also sits on the board of different companies within the United Health Group.

Prior to joining Unilab, Mr. Baquiran joined Procter & Gamble in 1986 as a member of its Sales Division. In 1995, he joined L’Oreal Philippines as Sales and Marketing Manager.

Mr. Baquiran graduated from the University of the Philippines – Diliman in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cum Laude and completed his EMBA in Insead France.”
