Zero Accident Award is one of the awards by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia to companies that have succeeded in implementing occupational safety and health programs to achieve zero accidents. Zero accident is a condition where there is no accident in the workplace that results in:

• Workers are unable to work for 2×24 hours
• Stop of the process and or damage to equipment without fatalities
• Loss of working time: not exceeding the next shift in a certain period of time and the number of hours worked by a certain person.

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Number PER-01/MEN/I/2007, PT Medifarma Laboratories received a Zero Accident Award for achievements in implementing the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) program by achieving 2.271.594 people working hours without accidents starting from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021.
